json{review: Clean rooms and ample space were a plus, but the thin walls made it hard to ignore noise from neighbors. Amenities were decent, and staff were helpful, especially when it came to local tips for dining. Conveniently located near shops and eateries, though not luxurious. , rating: 7, date of stay: 2023-09-15}'''

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by uncleanliness in the spa and poor service. The air conditioning remained locked, offering no comfort. We faced significant hassle with the after-hours check-in process, very stressful for our family. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The place was absolutely great and simple, no complains at all, recommend. The room was perfect and fantastic and there were facilities, including climate control, a flat-screen TV and a fridge. It had exceptionally comfortable bed and the staff were really kind and nice people that had started her shift. The hotel was centrally located, a few steps away from a centre cathedral.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The location was perfect-close to the ferry for MONA and just a short walk to the vibrant Salamanca Markets and waterfront. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Plus, I appreciated the comfortable room with complimentary coffee pods.
On the downside, the shower floor really needed some cleaning, and I found the beds a bit saggy. the toilet paper situation was lacking, especially for a four-night stay. Lastly, I encountered some noise from a party in the adjoining room that disrupted my peace.

All Pros, no Cons
The staff were friendly, going above and beyond, including providing a 'staff picks' for local meals! Plus, the location is a gem-everything in the CBD is just a short walk away!
The room I stayed in was tiny, almost claustrophobic, with limited hooks for towels and cramped fixtures. Not ideal for a relaxing stay when space should be a priority.

I can't believe I had to endure a spa with hair in it, how good! Our air conditioning was locked, just perfect when Hobart's chilly! I expected a room upgrade or at least some gesture of goodwill for such inconveniences, but alas, Allurity is too busy to provide such props. Was almost going to leave a good review, but just couldn't.

The location is fantastic, just a stroll away from Franklin Wharf with beautiful views. The room was spacious enough for my family, and we appreciated having a window that opened up for some fresh air. Plus, our service dog felt right at home.
My wife says that the air conditioning was annoyingly set too high at 23C, making it uncomfortable at night.

I loved how cozy the Deluxe Queen Room felt, with fluffy pillows and a warm cup of coffee waiting for me upon arrival. I enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool and soaking in the hot tub after a long day. The only downside was that parking spaces were a bit snug, so plan ahead! 😊

The location is excellent, placing visitors just a short stroll away from the beautiful waterfront and bustling North Hobart. The room was basic but functional, boasting fresh linen and decent water pressure in the shower. And a supermarket nearby was a fantastic bonus for late-night snack runs!
